Sights of Kassandra

The main attraction of the Kassandra region on the Halkidiki peninsula is the local beaches. For the most part, the best beaches in Kassandra are sandy or small pebbles, with a gentle entrance to the sea and accessible for families with children. Many hotels in the region are marked with the Blue Flag distinction as the cleanest beaches. Next, we will tell in detail about each of the resorts of the Kassandra region:

Chanioti is, first of all, a beach resort, so nature is considered its main attraction. On the one hand, the resort is surrounded by pine and olive groves, and on the other, it is limited by the sea. The coastline in Hanioti is quite long, the coating is small pebbles, the entrance to the water is gentle, and the sea itself is the cleanest. The swimming season here lasts from May to October. The beach line is so long (several kilometers) that anyone can find a place here.

What are the best beaches here?

The main attraction of Kallithea in Halkidiki is, of course, the beach. This is exactly why most tourists come here. The beach of Kallithea, like other beaches of the Kassandra region, is sandy and with a gentle entry into the water. You can relax here with the whole family. The coastline and the sea itself are very clean and marked with the Blue Flag distinction. Since the coastline stretches quite far, you can find wild places where you can come with your own towel, and equipped. You also need to remember that in Kallithea there are several entertainment complexes at once, where discos are held at night.
